Morbidity of VOMITING in a CKD patient

Here we discuss our individual patient's problems through series of inputs from available global online community of experts with an aim to solve those patient's clinical problems with collective current best evidence based inputs.  A 75 year old male who is farmer by occupation came to the OPD for MHD for CKD HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: Normal routine of the patient: He used to get up at 6 in the morning, used to have tea and did some household work, then breakfast at 8 (rice) then used to go for farming, he used to have lunch at 2 which is rice again. He used to return home by 6 in the evening then he used to freshen up and have dinner at 8 PM and sleep after that. Constipation since 1 day 2. Decreased urine output since 1 day 3. Vomitings since 1 day 4.
